Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY - UK

We currently offer delivery to all parts of the UK. We charge a flat rate for shipping of £4.95 for orders under £100, for orders over £100 shipping is free.

In general orders are processed within 1 -2 working . Orders are sent out Tuesday - Friday and  are sent via express shipping. Please note, during busier periods the speed or processing and postage can be extended by a day or two.

Our orders are sent out with Royal Mail and DPD depending on size and scale of orders.

DELIVERY - OUTSIDE UK 

Processing times are the same as above however your order will take longer to arrive. There are additional shipping costs for orders to outside the UK. Additionally international orders will sometimes be liable for local customs charges these fees will be generally be collected by the courier on behalf of local government and are not somethign we can control. We do not include these fees in our pricing. Orders to outside the UK can take up to two weeks to arrive but are often quicker.

POST AND PACKAGING

We re-use as much packaging as possible meaning we don't need to charge for packaging. This lowers our carbon footprint but might mean your box may have the odd mark on it. The inside of your package however will be highly presentable in the Vermilion Stores style.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders can be collect from our Glasgow Store (Vermilion Stores, 920 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G41 2ET), orders are generally picked within 3 hours of receipt and ready for collection. Items will be held for collection for 5 days. You will receive an email to confirm your items are available for collection.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns of all items as long as they are returned within 14 days of the item arriving with the customer. For a full refund (minus shipping costs) items must be returned in a saleable condition and in original packaging. Please return any items to our Glasgow address: Vermilion Stores, 920 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G41 2ET. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage of items and this will need to be paid by the customer.
