Tin of traditional torroncini: crumbly nougat covered in chocolate, from renowned Italian chocolatiers, Barbero. The nougat recipe dates back to 1883, they use fresh egg whites, the finest Piedmont hazelnuts and local Millefiori honey. Once the ingredients are steamed for seven hours, the nougat is shaped, cut and cooled on marble tables. It’s then carefully covered with rich dark chocolate and individually wrapped. The chocolates are housed in a charming pastel green tin that can be re-used.
