Individually wrapped crumbly white Torroncini (nougat) with Piedmont hazelnut. Barbero use traditional techniques, and their nougat recipe dates back to 1883, which involves steaming the fresh egg whites and Millefiori honey for around 7 hours. The finest Piedmont Hazelnuts are used , which are grown in Piedmont in northern Italy, and are renowned for their indulgent, rich and slightly sweet flavour. All encased in a charming, pink, art-noveau tin that can be re-used after.
